Payment Received

You're in. Now let's get you field-ready.

Your receipt is on its way. One more step before we build: tell us about your trade, your service area, and the jobs you want. Knock it out now while you're here.

  1. Step One
    Complete the build intake below

About 15 minutes. Upload your logo and job photos right here. Your funnel does not enter the build queue until it's submitted.

  2. Step Two
    Create your workspace login

The moment you submit, this page sends you to the sign-up screen. Use the same email you used at checkout. Your workspace opens as soon as you create it.

  3. Step Three
Upgrade to the $347 plan before month 2

Your first month on the workspace is complimentary on the limited tier while we build and load your funnel. Before month 2 begins, click Upgrade at the top of your dashboard, choose the $347 plan, and enter your card. That plan keeps your funnel maintained after we hand it over.

  4. Step Four
We load everything into your account

Your logo, colors, funnel pages, follow-up, and booking get built and loaded in. We run a real lead through the whole system before you ever see it.

  5. Step Five
    Delivered within 7 business days

The clock starts once we have all of your information and files, not before. If something is missing, we email you and the clock pauses until it's in.

Field-Ready Build Intake

Answer straight and complete. What you put here is what your funnel says about you, so do not rush it. If something does not apply, type N/A.

Section One

Your Business

Exactly as it should appear on your truck and your pages.
Use the same email you paid with. You'll create your workspace login with it next.
This is the number that gets the jobs.
Section Two

Your Trade and Service Area

So your funnel speaks to the jobs you actually want.

Add price ranges if you give them.
This is what we build the funnel to bring in.
So we can keep those leads out.
Homeowners, property managers, builders, commercial. What kind of work you want more of.
Section Three

Licensing and Credentials

This is what makes homeowners trust you over the next guy.

For example TDLR, TSBPE, or your state board. If licensing does not apply to your trade, type NOT APPLICABLE.
We only show this if you want it shown. Type SKIP to leave it off.
For example EPA 608, NATE certified, factory authorized dealer, BBB accredited.
If yes, what is it exactly? This goes on the page.
Section Four

Your Brand

This is what we load into your build. Be specific.

Hex codes if you have them. If not, name them, for example truck red and black, or navy and safety orange.
Any trade, any industry. This tells us more than any description. If none, type NONE.
Colors, styles, or words that are off limits.
Section Five

Your Voice

We write your pages and follow-up to sound like you, not like a robot.

Write it exactly how you would say it to a customer standing in their driveway. This is how we match your voice.
Copy and paste from Google or Facebook is fine. If none yet, leave blank.
Section Six

Upload Your Files

These go straight into your private TIH Drive folder. Job photos sell the work better than anything you can write, so send your best ones.

Note: Max 10 MB per file. For anything larger or for a batch of job photos, email them to contact@tihindustries.com with the subject "Field-Ready Assets: [Your Business Name]."
Highest quality version you have. If it is only on your truck, take a clear photo of it.
A finished job you are proud of.
Nothing sells a job faster than a before and after.
People hire people. A real face beats a stock photo every time.
Business card, yard sign, truck wrap file, flyer, or estimate template. Skip if none.
Google Drive, Dropbox, or even your Facebook photo album. Use this for anything you could not upload. If you uploaded everything, type UPLOADED.
Section Seven

Access and Final Details

If you do not have one, type NONE. This matters for reviews.
If you do not have one, type NONE.
Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, anywhere you post work.
Roughly how many and where it lives. If none, type NONE.
Busy season coming, a truck wrap in progress, something you tried that did not work.
Please confirm before submitting.
