01
The Basics
What is TIH Workspace?
TIH Workspace is one platform that holds your contacts, email marketing, sales funnels, booking calendar, payments, and website, combined with a team that maintains it for you every month. Most businesses buy software and then find out the real work starts after they log in. This is the software and the people who run it. TIH Workspace is a service of TIH Industries LLC.
Is TIH Workspace a CRM?
A CRM is part of it. The workspace includes contact management and a deal pipeline, which is what most people mean when they say CRM. It also includes email marketing, sales funnels, a booking calendar, payment collection, and website hosting, which a standalone CRM normally makes you buy elsewhere.
Who is it built for?
Service businesses and solo operators who are past the hobby stage and losing money in the gaps. The lead that never got a follow-up. The quote that never got sent. The client who never got re-booked. If you're running your business across five browser tabs and a notes app, this replaces that.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. Setup is done for you as a separate service, and the monthly maintenance is done for you. You work inside a finished system instead of building one. If you can use email, you can use this.
How is this different from just buying software?
Buying the software is the easy part. Keeping it running is where people quit. Anyone can sign up for a platform, then stall on the setup, the maintenance, the content, the campaigns, and the fixes when something breaks. That's real work and it's monthly. TIH Workspace includes a team doing that work, so the system stays current whether or not you have time this week.
02
Pricing & Terms
How much does TIH Workspace cost?
There are two monthly maintenance tiers. Baseline is $247 per month. Revenue Engine is $347 per month. System fees are included in both, so you never get a separate software invoice. Setup is a separate one-time service and is never bundled into the monthly price. Our ready-made builds have set prices: the Solo-Ready Stack and the Storefront-Ready System are $2,147, and the Field-Ready Funnel is $2,697. Custom builds are quoted based on what you're building. We keep the build and the monthly separate on purpose so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
What's the difference between Baseline and Revenue Engine?
Baseline covers the full managed workspace with system fees included, one email campaign per month written and sent (or a newsletter twice a month), a monthly AI visibility snapshot, a monthly digital presence check and automation health check, up to 5,000 contacts, and one optional 30-minute strategy call per quarter.
Revenue Engine includes everything in Baseline, plus three template-based social content pieces per month across up to two platforms, a monthly text-message automation check, a monthly one-page performance report, a faster response window, up to 10,000 contacts, and two optional 30-minute strategy calls per quarter.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get a seven-day complimentary trial so you can see the workspace running before you commit to anything. No payment is required to start. The trial runs on the free-plan features of the platform; full workspace features, paid-tier tools, and templates configured for your business turn on when you upgrade to Baseline or Revenue Engine.
I bought a build package. When does my monthly start?
Month 2. This applies to the Solo-Ready Stack, the Storefront-Ready System, the Field-Ready Funnel, and first-tier custom Foundation Builds. Your build payment covers the build only; the monthly plan is not part of that checkout. Your first month on the workspace is complimentary on the limited tier while we build and load your system. Before month 2 begins, you upgrade from the Upgrade tab inside your dashboard: $247 per month for Solo-Ready and Storefront-Ready, $347 per month for the Field-Ready Funnel, and the plan named in your proposal for a custom Foundation Build. That plan is what keeps your build maintained after we hand it over.
Can I pay for my build on a payment plan?
Yes. Klarna is available at checkout. If you'd rather pay us in installments, email us to request a payment plan and we'll send you an invoice directly. Payment plans are completed within 30 days, and work moves forward as payments come in. Monthly plans are billed monthly and aren't placed on payment plans.
Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term contract is required. Monthly maintenance runs month to month, is billed in advance, and renews automatically until you cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. TIH Workspace charges zero transaction fees on the payments you collect. Your payment processor, whether that's Stripe, PayPal, or Square, charges its own standard processing rates directly to you. Those go to the processor, not to us, and we don't add anything on top.
What happens if I cancel?
Give us 30 days' written notice by email to contact@tihindustries.com or through the cancellation form. A text message does not count as written notice. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of that 30-day window, and you're responsible for fees through that date. Fees are paid in advance and are not refunded or prorated for partial months; cancelling stops future billing.
Your access ends when the cancellation takes effect. Your data is yours. Send a written request within 30 days after that date and we'll provide a copy of your data in a commonly used format, or access to retrieve it, as long as your account is current. After that 30-day window, we're no longer required to keep it, so request your export early.

What We Do Monthly
What does your team actually do every month?
Six things. One: the workspace is maintained, so integrations, automations, and settings stay current, with system fees included. Two: one email campaign per month is written and sent to your list, or a newsletter twice a month. Three: a digital presence check confirms every page is live, every link works, and every form fires, with issues flagged and fixed. Four: an automation health check verifies form to sequence to CRM, end to end. Five: an AI visibility snapshot reports how and where your business shows up. Six: a quarterly strategy call, one per quarter on Baseline and two on Revenue Engine. Revenue Engine adds social content, a text-message automation check, and a monthly performance report.
Is the strategy call really included?
Yes. It's part of your plan, not a paid add-on and not a support ticket. It's an optional 30-minute call held on Google Meet: one per quarter on Baseline, two per quarter on Revenue Engine. You bring what's happening in the business, and you leave with a plan.
What is not included?
Initial setup is a separate paid service and isn't covered by the monthly price. Third-party costs stay yours, including payment processing rates, any SMS charges billed by Twilio, Zapier subscriptions where a connection needs one, and your domain (about $35 per year). Work outside your plan's scope, and any tool or service outside the standard workspace stack, is quoted separately and starts only after you approve the quote.
04
Setup & Migration
Can I bring my existing contacts over?
Yes. Your existing contact list imports into the workspace, so you're not starting from an empty database. Bring the export from whatever you're using now and it goes in during setup.
Can I keep my domain name?
Yes. The workspace hosts your website and blog, and your existing domain points to it. You keep the address your customers already know.
Do I have to rebuild my website?
Website and blog hosting are part of the workspace, so most clients move their site in rather than pay a separate builder. If you have a site you want to keep where it is, that's a conversation for setup. We'd rather scope it honestly than promise a migration before we've seen what you have.
05
Technical
What does TIH Workspace connect to?
The workspace connects to Stripe, PayPal, Square, Apple Pay, Zoom, and Twilio. That covers payments through Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Apple Pay, video meetings through Zoom, and text messaging through Twilio. Bookings run on the workspace's own booking calendar. Google Calendar sync isn't available yet.
Can I text my customers from the workspace?
Yes. SMS automation runs through Twilio, so appointment reminders and follow-up texts go out automatically. Twilio bills its own message rates separately.
Can I test different versions of a page?
Yes. Sales funnels include A/B testing, so you can run two versions of a page against each other and keep the one that converts.
Can I take payments and bookings in the same flow?
Yes. The booking calendar and payment collection sit in the same system, so a client can schedule and pay without being handed off to another tool. That handoff is where a lot of bookings die.
