You do. The domain is registered with you named as the owner from the day it's registered, and it stays yours after this agreement ends. We manage the registration on your behalf. You can transfer it to any registrar at any time by written request, with no transfer fee, no release fee, and no condition tied to any invoice or dispute. The only limit is the 60-day post-registration transfer restriction set by ICANN, which applies to every new domain everywhere.

We contact you at least 30 business days before hosting expires with renewal pricing for the next term. Renewal is your decision and is never automatic. If you choose not to renew, the site comes offline at the end of the paid term and you keep the domain either way. Domain renewal after year two is quoted separately at that time.

Your site is built and live within two business days of the last of three things: payment in full, all of your content, and your written confirmation that the finished page is correct. Some domains take longer to propagate, and we'll tell you if yours does.

Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, excluding US federal holidays. We're closed Wednesday and Sunday. Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Central on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Central on Saturday. A request sent after hours is treated as received the next business day.

Two rounds of revisions are included when you send each one as a single consolidated list within seven business days of launch. After that window, content changes are billed from a published schedule: $75 for a single item such as one price or your hours, $250 for up to ten items in one request, $375 for eleven to twenty-five, and $600 for twenty-six or more, a full menu replacement, or a layout change. Same-day rush handling adds 50 percent where capacity allows. No billable work starts without your written approval of the quote.

A defect we caused, such as a broken link or a display fault, is fixed at no cost. Content published exactly as you confirmed it is not a defect.

Yes, if you cancel in writing before any work has begun and before the domain has been registered. Because the domain is registered and platform resources are allocated right away, the fee is non-refundable once the build starts, and the build portion is fully earned on delivery. Prices are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, which is shown separately when it applies.

Yes. On written request we supply your page content and page text at no charge, delivered as HTML code, screen captures of the published page, or both, in the format we determine. Your photos come back exactly as you supplied them, and your domain transfers per the answer above. The site is built on a third-party platform, so a direct file transfer between platforms isn't possible, and rebuilding it elsewhere is a separate quoted engagement.
