Your kickoff is two working sessions, booked separately and held in this order. Book both now. Each one is built around your intake answers, so we start your build clear, aligned, and compliant.

Kickoff Part 1: Build Confirmation
We go through your intake line by line, confirm exactly what gets built and in what order, lock your scope, and set your timeline. Anything you requested outside your signed proposal gets quoted here.
Book Second
Kickoff Part 2: Setup and Workspace
With your business email and domain in place, we set up your accounts and access together, then walk you through your workspace so you know where everything lives.
Between the two meetings: your business email and domain get established. That happens after Part 1 and must be done before Part 2. Whether TIH sets them up or you do, Part 2 cannot run without them.
Complete your intake form and sign your agreement before Part 1.
Your intake form and signed engagement agreement are both required before your first session. If either is missing, we reschedule Part 1 until both are complete. We build the entire session around your answers, so these steps are not optional.
Please join from a computer in a quiet space, ready to screen-share, since we review your intake in Part 1 and set up your tools together in Part 2. Bringing your team? Forward your confirmation invite to them, or let us know and we will add them to the Google Meet. By joining, you consent to each session being recorded for your file.
